Why an association for college umpires?
Its purpose is to improve the overall quality of umpiring in college baseball in the North Texas area through innovative teaching and educational programs, and superior educational resources.
The primary purpose in founding the organization was to improve the overall quality of officiating in college baseball in the North Texas area, and to provide an organization under which individual umpires could promote professionalism, integrity and a love of the game of baseball.
